Job Description

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive – Business Relationship is responsible for supporting the Company's sales activities by providing excellent service to appointed property agencies, prospective purchasers and existing clients. The role focuses on managing sales enquiries, following up on qualified leads, coordinating property presentations and assisting purchasers throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Working closely with the Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with agencies and clients, coordinating sales activities, supporting property launches and ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities to achieve the Company's sales objectives.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


1.  Agency & Client Relationship Support

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with appointed property agencies and sales agents.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries from property agencies, prospective purchasers and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate project information, pricing, promotional materials and product knowledge to agencies and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with agencies to support their sales activities and ensure timely dissemination of project updates.


2.   Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Follow up promptly on qualified sales leads generated through marketing campaigns, property agencies and referrals.
  • Arrange appointments, property presentations, showroom visits and site inspections for prospective purchasers.
  • Assist purchasers throughout the sales process by providing timely information and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and customer interactions in the Company's CRM or sales system.


3.  Sales Closing & Revenue Achievement

  • Achieve individual sales targets, booking targets and revenue objectives established by Management.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed purchasers through effective sales techniques.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms and sales packages within approved authority.
  • Prepare booking forms, sales proposals and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely collection of booking fees and completion of all required sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with purchasers, bankers, solicitors and relevant internal departments to facilitate smooth sales completion.
  • Monitor the progress of each sales transaction until successful completion.
  • Maintain a high sales closing ratio through proactive follow-up, effective negotiation and excellent customer engagement.


4.   Sales Administration & Coordination

  • Prepare booking forms, sales documentation and supporting records.
  • Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, bankers and relevant internal departments to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and updating sales records.


5.   Customer Service & After-Sales Support

  • Provide professional, responsive and personalised customer service before, during and after the sales process.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with purchasers throughout the sales journey.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships and encourage referrals.


6.   Marketing & Event Support

  • Support the planning and execution of property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Coordinate invitations and attendance for agencies and prospective purchasers.
  • Gather customer feedback, agency feedback and market information, and provide timely updates to the Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development to support continuous improvement.


7.   Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Customer Service and Project Development teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and achieve the Company's sales objectives.


JOB REQUIREMENT


  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications or certifications in Sales, Marketing or Real Estate would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in property sales, customer relationship management or sales administration, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
  • Experience working with property agencies and residential property sales would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of the residential property sales process, customer service principles and sales administration.
  • Experience supporting property launches, exhibitions and sales events is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, purchasers and business partners.
