About the Roles

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to join a construction team based in Farrer Park, within walking distance from the MRT. This permanent position offers a 6-day work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, with a competitive package comprising basic salary, project allowances, overtime pay, and variable bonus. The role provides an opportunity to support workplace safety standards and strengthen safety management practices within a project environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure site operations adhere to safety legislation, company policies, and ISO standards such as ISO 45001.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, assess risks, and support incident investigations.
• Prepare, manage, and update safety documentation including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance reports.
• Maintain accurate safety performance records, regulatory documentation, and reporting data.
• Develop safety materials, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organise safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programmes to promote safe work practices.
• Assist with ISO audits and support continuous improvements to the company’s safety management system.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess relevant certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparing and maintaining safety documentation.
• Familiar with ISO-based safety management systems and audit processes.
• Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
