Responsibilities
Job Title : HR Assistant / HR Executive
Salary: $2,800 – $3,600
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Industry: F&B
We are looking for a meticulous and hands-on HR Assistant / HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations of our F&B business.
Responsibilities
Support daily HR administration for outlet and HQ employees
Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters and resignation documents
Maintain employee records and update HR systems
Support onboarding and offboarding matters
Assist with payroll, leave, attendance and staff movement updates
Liaise with outlet managers on HR and manpower matters
Support ad hoc HR duties assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
1–3 years of HR / admin experience, preferably in F&B industry
Familiar with StaffAny
Organised, meticulous and able to handle HR admin accurately
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking employees
