Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Content Creator role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing digital content for social media, websites, and online campaigns to promote Health Lane Family Pharmacy’s services, promotions, and health-related initiatives. The Digital Marketing Content Creator will develop content planning, produce engaging visuals and copy, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute content creation for marketing campaigns, awareness projects and social media planning including Meta , Tik Tok and XHS
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting for digital platforms and graphic or video content production.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and improve content performance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and translate health information into clear, engaging content.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmacy services, and community wellness; prior experience in retail or healthcare marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing retail environment.
