About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Management Executive to join an Engineering and Construction organization based in Kaki Bukit. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of up to $4,000 plus variable bonus, offering a structured 5.5-day work schedule from Monday to Saturday. The role involves supporting project planning, cost management, tender coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, revise, and oversee tender documentation throughout the project process.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and support efforts to keep projects financially on track.
• Assess and manage project risks involving costs, timelines, safety, and contract-related matters.
• Source, coordinate, review, and consolidate subcontractor quotations according to project specifications and schedules.
• Negotiate with contractors on pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities from estimation through final approval.
• Develop comprehensive work schedules to guide site teams and support timely project completion.
• Handle project administration, records, and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with main contractors, HDB projects, or tendering processes will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in project management and coordinating with contractors will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, and basic electrical and mechanical works will be advantageous.
