What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data analysis.
• Use AI tools to create ad copy, campaign ideas, and customer messages.
• Collaborate with video editors to develop high-performing creatives.
• Test different marketing strategies and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, Meta Ads, or performance marketing is an advantage.
• Strong interest in AI, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
• Analytical, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
