We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh Engineering Diploma graduates to join our Technical Training Team as Process Trainers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning, training others, and supporting manufacturing or production operations through effective process training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and process training to new and existing employees.
• Assist in developing and updating training materials & work instructions
• Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee competency.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to training and operational processes.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related disciplines).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and train others.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality practices is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,950.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
