Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resource team in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Review, update, and organize company policies, procedures, and HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update employees' attendance records accurately and timely.
• Prepare, compile, and organize HR documentation while ensuring proper filing and record management.
• Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Human Resource Department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Internship period of at least 3 months.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
