Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic workplace.
• Lead, assign, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and related documentation.
• Identify and report housekeeping, maintenance, and safety issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

• Strong leadership with ability to guide and motivate a team effectively.
• Good communication skills for clear instructions and coordination.
• Solid understanding of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and 5S practices to maintain compliance and quality.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability to maintain high standards.
• Safe handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,580.64 per month
