Location: Taipan / Damansara / Publika / Sri Petaling / Bukit Jalil (HYBRID)

Job Summary: Join our friendly team and be part of our great experience to help our customers with their enquiries, booking and scheduling!

Working hours: 5 Working Days and 2 Offdays per week.

• Monday – Friday: 9.30am -7.30pm
• Saturday & Sunday : 8.30am – 6.30pm
• Part Time Rate : RM10/per hour
• Full Time Rate : RM1800 - RM2500

Jobscope:

• Assist customers via WhatsApp, phone, email, & social media.
• Engage & educate customers with inquiries.
• Manage customers appointment & booking channels.
• Manage customers payment & billing channels.
• Assist in operations & administrative work.

Candidate Requirements:

• SPM Holders, Fresh Graduates and Seniors are welcome to apply.
• Good Communication (energetic & friendly), Hardworking (proactive & helpful), has Integrity (honest & responsible), highly committed to the job and able to work as a Team.
• Able to work during Weekends & Public Holiday
• Have interest in the Customer Service or Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Industry.
