Assistant Manager – Sales & Customer Service

Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries started providing point-to-point cargo transportation with a small fleet of trucks in the 1960s. Today it has grown into one of Singapore's leading logistics management service providers and a highly regarded company with a broad-based clientele that ranges from large local companies to multinational companies.

Role Description

The incumbent will be joining our team as Assistant Manager – Sales & Customer Service in our subsidiary company, Cogent Tank Depot Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Promote the ISO Tank Depot full range of services
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify new opportunities
• Prepare quotations, service proposals and commercial agreements
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in accordance with company guidelines
• Coordinate closely with Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and commercial issues in a timely manner
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and industry networking events when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or related field
• 3 - 4 years’ sales experience preferably in the same industry
• Self-motivated and possess drive to meet sales target
• Good communication and negotiation skills
