Hajris F&B Hiring! Full Time AREA MANAGER in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

• Supervise and monitor daily operations of multiple restaurant branches to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Analyze sales reports, labour costs, food cost, and other KPIs to improve branch performance.
• Plan and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer experience, and improve store profitability.
• Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff and management teams.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery when required.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and waste control.
• Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and new product launches within the area.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing, and health & safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-outlet management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and P&L management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and develop improvement strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering quality.
• Willing to travel frequently between outlets.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Possess own transport (added advantage).
