Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Internship Duration: Flexible, according to university requirements

We are currently looking for passionate, energetic and responsible students to join our growing team as Event Management Interns.

This internship provides practical exposure to event planning, project coordination, client communication and on-site event execution for corporate and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the event team in planning, organizing and executing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, launches and government projects.
  • Support event logistics, including venue preparation, vendor coordination, material arrangement and event setup.
  • Assist in preparing event proposals, presentation slides, schedules and post-event reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and printing teams to ensure event materials meet branding requirements and are completed on time.
  • Participate in on-site event setup and provide operational support during live events.
  • Conduct research on event trends, venues, suppliers and creative ideas.
  • Assist the team in monitoring project timelines, budgets and client requirements.
  • Communicate and follow up with vendors, suppliers and other relevant parties when required.
  • Perform other event-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
  • No previous working experience is required.
  • Strong interest in event management, project coordination and client servicing.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Organized, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work extended or flexible hours during event days.
  • Possessing personal transport is an advantage but not compulsory.

Working Hours

Normal working hours are:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working hours may be extended during event days, depending on the event schedule. Paid overtime will be provided for additional working hours.
