Job Description :

• Assist in organizing internal and external corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, androadshows.
• Support sponsorship management activities, including coordination with organizers and partners.
• Assist in planning and executing CSR programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, vendors, venues, and event materials.
• Prepare event documentation, reports, attendance records, and post-event evaluations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist with on-site event management and administrative support.
• Support volunteer coordination for exhibitions and CSR activities.
• Perform any other event and CSR-related duties assigned by the department.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
