Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot the sizing process using hydraulic presses and precision sizing dies.
• Correct dimensional defects such as warping, distortion, and shrinkage on MIM sintered blanks.
• Support other secondary operations including coining, machining, heat treatment, dimension verifications, and surface finishing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and technical process documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams on process improvements.
• Any other tasks to be assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in metal manufacturing process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic presses, die tooling, and press setup.
• Strong knowledge of metal plastic deformation and dimensional tolerance control.
• Experience in metal stamping (highly advantageous – skills in press setup, coining, die maintenance, and springback troubleshooting are directly applicable).
• Familiarity with MIM or powder metallurgy is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, or Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on dimensional accuracy
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
