Role Description

The Inventory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Gelang Patah. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, including performing regular cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory audits. The role includes relating with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely inventory updates, optimizing stock levels, and supporting continuous improvement of inventory control procedures. The successful candidate will use warehouse management systems, SAP and reporting tools to track inventory performance and support operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Control to ensure precise stock records and effective discrepancy resolution.
• Experience handling Physical Inventory processes, including cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management practices, including stock rotation, replenishment, and optimization of storage locations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional logistics and operations teams.
