Role Description The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting the design of digital solutions that improve efficiency and ESG-related reporting. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand operational needs, mapping current workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation and data integration. The analyst will prepare functional specifications, support implementation of new tools or platforms, and assist with testing, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves creating clear documentation, reports, and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows in support of digital transformation initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information in a clear, accessible manner.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Sustainability, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, data and workflow tools, or ESG-related frameworks in financial or investment environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
