Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience managing SAP implementation or enhancement projects, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical consultants, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project governance, policies, and best practices.
• Drive effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support post-go-live activities, including project closure, lessons learned, and transition to support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant Project Management certifications are an added advantage.

Must-Have Skill

• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP projects.
• Experience delivering SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, or enhancement projects.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource management skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Added Advantage

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders or regional teams.
• Experience managing regional or global SAP projects.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
