Responsibilities
Role: IT Account Manager
Budget: RM6,000 maximum
Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Understand client IT needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and project plans
- Drive business development and support sales initiatives
- Act as the key liaison between clients and solution teams
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Strong foundation in IT solutions (cloud, AI, networking, or infrastructure)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis & reporting)
- Proven ability in account management or business development is a plus
- Passionate about technology and customer success
