Key Responsibilities

1. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

• Develop industry insights and thought leadership content on talent intelligence
• Present at industry events, webinars, and client workshops
• Build relationships with HR industry associations and influencers
• Contribute to product roadmap with market insights and client needs

2. Solution Consulting & Sales Support

• Provide domain expertise to support enterprise sales cycles and drive deal progression
• Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
• Develop business cases and ROI models for prospective clients
• Respond to RFPs with compelling solution narratives

3. Implementation & Value Realization

• Lead implementation consulting for strategic enterprise clients
• Define success metrics and value realization frameworks
• Conduct business reviews and optimization recommendations
• Drive client expansion and upsell opportunities

4. Team Leadership

• Build and lead Senior Industry Principal team
• Develop team expertise in HR technology and talent analytics
• Establish best practices for solution consulting and implementation
• Collaborate with implementation stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years in HR technology, talent management, or workforce analytics consulting
• Deep understanding of talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics
• Experience with enterprise HCM systems
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor market and HR practices
• Track record of thought leadership and public speaking
• Experience leading consulting or solution engineering teams
• Proven experience in client-facing role and stakeholder management
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
