Role Description

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, permits, and related logistics documentation.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, drivers, shipping lines, and internal departments.
• Liaise with warehouse teams on cargo movement, loading, unloading, and storage arrangements.
• Monitor shipment progress and coordinate solutions for any operational issues or delays.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
