Job Purpose

• To develop and execute an integrated marketing, branding and communications strategy aligned with Sunfert Group's business objectives.
• To lead and oversee branding & communications, digital marketing, lead management affiliate marketing, and international marketing across the Group.
• To maximise patient acquisition by converting enquiries from all channels into consultations and fertility treatment cases.
• To strengthen the Sunfert brand and reputation while driving sustainable business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Duties

The Head of Marketing & Communications is a leader responsible for the development, execution and oversight of Sunfert International Fertility Group’s marketing and communication strategies. The role is responsible for driving revenue generation and sustainable business growth, brand equity and reputation management.

1. Responsible for developing and executing the Group's marketing strategy, annual marketing plan and budget.
2. Lead branding and corporate communications to ensure a consistent brand identity across all clinics and communication channels.
3. Oversee digital marketing including websites, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, CRM and marketing automation.
4. Drive international marketing initiatives including patient acquisition campaigns, overseas partnerships, exhibitions, and medical tourism.
5. Develop and manage affiliate marketing programmes with healthcare professionals, corporate partners, agencies and referral networks.
6. Oversee lead management processes to ensure timely follow-up of enquiries from all existing and future channels.
7. Understand how to scale through customer data and the management of automated processes.
8. Work closely with Clinic Operations and Consultants to improve enquiry-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversion rates.
9. Monitor marketing performance through dashboards covering leads, conversions, ROI, cost per lead and cost per fertility case.
10. Lead, coach and develop the marketing team while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
11. Manage marketing budget, vendors and agencies to maximise return on investment.
12. Support new clinic launches, business expansion and corporate strategic initiatives.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare or fertility industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, CRM, analytics and communications.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
