Job Description

• Position Title: Technical Engineer
• Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Car Allowance RM1,000 + Petrol & Toll Claim + Project Commission + Performance Incentive
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical guidance and support to customers, sales, and marketing teams, including proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost calculations.
• Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, and consultants during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Conduct product installation briefings, training sessions, and provide on-site troubleshooting support.
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform research and support the development of value-added design solutions that align with client needs, applying engineering calculations and relevant design standards.
• Represent the company’s value proposition through strong technical expertise, technical presentations, seminars, and project specifications.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements support product standardization and future product enhancements.

• Minimum Diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with CAD and Revit software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred.
