Beauty Therapist (PEACE AND POSH WELLNESS SDN BHD)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping clients look and feel their best while providing exceptional beauty treatments and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments with excellent care and technique.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis to recommend suitable skincare treatments.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional beauty consultation.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment packages based on clients' needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Keep accurate customer treatment records and follow-up appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level / SKM Level 1, 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
• SKM Certification is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC are highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates without formal qualifications are encouraged to apply if they possess relevant working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
