Role Description<

The Human Resources Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR payroll operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local regulations. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, support recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinate training and development activities, and assist in performance management administration. The role also involves preparing HR reports, supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
  • Ability to manage Employee Relations constructively, with a clear understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in FMCG or consumer products industry is an advantage, and familiarity with Malaysian employment laws is highly beneficial.
