As a Cafe Chef, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values care over chaos, consistency over shortcuts, and craft over speed for its own sake. You’ll help bring our menu to life — executing dishes with attention to detail, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a calm and reliable kitchen rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

• Maintain proper food storage and handling in line with food safety standards

• Monitor food wastage and portion control to support cost and sustainability goals

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen operations

• Handle kitchen equipment with care to minimise breakdowns and extend usability

• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen workflow, efficiency, and food quality

• Support the Front of house team. (A dual role of Kitchen + FOH)

Requirements

• Positive, responsible, and professional attitude

• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
