  Work Location: Site-based inspections across Singapore (residential, commercial, industrial buildings)
Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,010 + AWS + Transport Allowance + Handphone Allowance

Job Description
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and safety checks of lift and escalator systems
- Test safety features including emergency stops, alarms, and protective mechanisms
- Inspect critical components such as motors, brakes, cables, doors, and safety devices
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify defects, hazards, or system problems that affect safety or performance
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and document all findings
- Work with installation and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Participate in system testing and quality assessments
- Travel to various building sites across Singapore for inspections

Requirements
- NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Environment, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in lift or escalator industry
- Strong understanding of lift systems and safety inspection procedures
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and communicate well with teams
- Willing to travel to different sites across Singapore
