About the Role

Klinik Hello Doctor is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our growing healthcare team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a positive patient experience, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of a modern clinic.

We are looking for an individual who is responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and excited to grow together with the team. Beyond daily clinic duties, you will have the opportunity to develop skills in patient communication, healthcare services, clinic operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Patient Support

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient daily clinic operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to clinic procedures
• Assist doctors and healthcare team members during consultations and procedures when required
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, organisation, and adequate stock availability

Patient Engagement & Service Excellence

• Explain clinic services, health programmes, and available packages to patients
• Provide guidance to patients regarding follow-up appointments and preventive healthcare services
• Build good relationships with patients through excellent communication and service
• Support initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall clinic experience
• Identify opportunities to enhance clinic processes and patient care delivery

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
• Background in healthcare administration, medical assistant, nursing, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous clinic experience is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital systems, WhatsApp, and documentation
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Good attitude, professionalism, and commitment to patient care
