Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
• Follow up with potential customers and existing clients
• Assist the sales team in preparing system quotations and invoices
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Update customer information and sales records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transportation is an added advantage
