What you'll be doing:

• Making outbound sales calls to generate leads and secure new business
• Identifying customer needs and pain points, and proposing tailored solutions
• Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in telesales role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Enthusiasm, resilience and a driven attitude to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Microsoft software products will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
