Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• Manage the complete customer order cycle from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to delivery.
• Review and verify customer Purchase Orders.
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP (Navision or equivalent) system.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to confirm delivery feasibility and negotiate alternative schedules when required.
• Prepare and monitor shipment plans to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Collect and manage customer forecasts and demand plans.
• Analyze forecast accuracy against actual sales and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Material Planning to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, delivery issues, and escalation professionally.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality departments to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare customer reports, KPI reports, and sales/order analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
• Mentor and guide junior customer service executives when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO procedures, and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, precision engineering, or OEM manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Experience using ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Good understanding of production planning and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
