Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation.
• Understand customers’ lighting requirements and recommend suitable decorative lighting solutions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers on enquiries and sales.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Follow up on leads from social media
• Update customer information and sales records accurately.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian only.
• Diploma or above is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in sales or interior-related industries is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual
• Willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
