What You Will Be Working On?
As a Senior Army Engineer, you will: (1) Ensure the readiness of our SAF by providing the maintenance and engineering support for all our equipment, (2) Lead our Army Engineer in managing the lifecycle of all these equipment and supporting all our Army operations and trainings, (3) Expose to a wide array of military equipment and defence technologies as part of the larger community at the national level, & (4) Train and equip with System Engineering and Defence Capability Management skillsets to ensure the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Supportability (RAMS) for our SAF’s cutting edge equipment.
As a Senior Army Engineer (Ammo), you will: (1) Ensure the readiness of our SAF by providing engineering support for the SAF’s firepower, ranging from explosives, artillery shells to guided missiles, (2) Lead our Army Engineer in managing the lifecycle of our SAF's firepowerExpose to the latest ammunition and guided missile technology from ammunition development to adoption of innovative supply chain concepts, (3) Involve in the redesigning and modification of our SAF’s firepower, & (4) Have opportunity to research in explosive safety and design risk management plan to ensure the safety of our soldiers when handling and operating with ammunitions.
What We Are Looking For?
Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology & Engineering (STE) Discipline or equivalentPossess with leadership, innovative mind and good communication & interpersonal skillsHighly motivated individual with a positive attitude
Mid-careerists, with working experience in the relevant field, will be emplaced onto higher ME ranks based on their relevant expertise, qualifications, experience and assessed leadership on a selective basis.
