Position Type: Full-Time (Cluster Role)

As the Cluster General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations and commercial success, unlocking the maximum value of a growing hotel portfolio.

• Commercial Leadership: Drive revenue optimization, strategic asset repositioning, and robust financial performance across the portfolio.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a world-class standard of luxury.
• Pre-Opening & Turnarounds: Lead hotel openings, rebranding exercises, and operational turnarounds with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Team Empowerment: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing, lean teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with owners and key stakeholders, balancing long-term asset value with day-to-day operational brilliance.

Your Profile:

• Career Stage: Ideally, you are a mid-career professional possessing the perfect intersection of seasoned leadership maturity and the vibrant energy/stamina required to spearhead a major new launch.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience as a General Manager or Cluster Lead in a 4-star/5-star hotel or a reputable hospitality brand.
• Track Record: Documented success in hotel pre-openings, rebranding, or complex turnaround situations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in modern hotel management software, PMS, and revenue management technology.
• Mobility: Must be willing to be based primarily in i-City, Shah Alam, with the flexibility to manage cluster properties.
