Aerograding Hiring! Full Time Operations Associate in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Aerograding is a premium trading card service specializing in professional grading submissions, including PSA, CGC, Beckett, and TAG.

We are hiring an Operations Associate to support store efficiency, customer submissions, and high-value card logistics. This is a technical operations role in the collectibles industry, not typical retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Submission management: verify, document, and track high-value card submissions for international grading.
• Customer consultation: advise collectors on grading tiers, submission options, and general card condition.
• Inventory and operations: maintain accurate stock records, submission records, and customer order details.
• Content support: assist with community-focused content for social media.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates in logistics, business, admin, retail operations, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual in BM and English.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling collectibles and customer submissions.
• Interest in Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, or collectibles is a strong advantage.

Compensation

• Salary budget: around RM2,000 per month, depending on experience and fit.
• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS provided.
• Performance bonuses tied to store performance and submission quality.

Schedule

• Working days: Wednesday to Sunday.
• Working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
• Rest days: Monday and Tuesday.
