• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to employee onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, employment contracts and HR files.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters, including show cause letters, warning letters and domestic inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and the Company's policies and procedures.
• Administer attendance, leave, employee claims and general HR operations.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs and official correspondence.
• Support training, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
