What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure efficient daily operations and maintenance.
• Ensure all plant operations and maintenance activities meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure monthly KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide solutions .
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on team performance, operational updates, and key issues to management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for chemical and industrial effluent treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Environmental Professional in Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Biological Processes) – CePIETSO-BP is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking skills preferred for seamless customer engagement.
• A hands-on leader with a passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
