About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to promote our printing products and strengthen our online presence. If you enjoy creating engaging content, growing social media accounts, and generating leads through digital marketing, we would love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Promote our printing products, including custom sticker labels, packaging boxes, paper bags, brochures, banners, and other printing services.
• Design simple marketing materials, graphics, and promotional videos.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives.
• Assist in updating website content and promotional materials when required.

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Photography and short video editing skills are an added advantage.
