Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Critical systems ops: vendor management, project budgets/service requests, audit/compliance/security remediation, AWS/GCC infra management, CR delivery oversight, zero-downtime business continuity for internet-facing eServices
- Standard PM: project plans/schedules/resourcing, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, governance reporting, scope/timeline/budget/quality ownership, UAT/deployment coordination, Agile/Waterfall methodology adherence
- 5+ years PM experience in government/public sector
- Experience managing critical government systems operations
- Government IM8 policy/compliance knowledge
- AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure experience
- Internet-facing eServices management background
- Government digital transformation experience
- Auth gateway integration experience
- Payment gateway integration experience (GIRO, PayNow, bank integrations)
- Experience with financial institutions/payment gateways (e.g., DBS, Stripe)
- PMP, CITPM or equivalent certification preferred
- Contract management/procurement experience
- Strong vendor management, risk/change management, stakeholder communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
