• Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping paperwork, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery orders (DO).
• Freight Coordination: Book shipments with local carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, local freight forwarders in Singapore) and track deliveries to their final destination.
• Inventory Management: Receive inbound deliveries, verify counts, and conduct periodic stock takes to reconcile discrepancies.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside the warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to tro
