Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to manage ship spares and cargo logistics, coordinating shipments, documentation, and deliveries to vessels at anchorage, ports, and shipyards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming air and sea freight pre-alerts and update shipment records to ensure timely processing
• Prepare accurate shipping documents including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists for shipment compliance
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Receipt Orders (RO) to facilitate cargo release and receipt
• Coordinate local deliveries and export shipments by liaising with boat operators, agents, and ship chandlers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to verify correct item marking and identification for inventory accuracy
• Respond promptly to emails and maintain updated stock lists to support operational transparency and communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and communication tasks
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with the Tradenet system is advantageous but not required
