Job Description

Responsibilities

Purpose & Scope

The Sales Coordinator plays a key support role in sales administration and prebilling operations, ensuring accurate billing, effective customer coordination, and seamless service delivery. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to support revenue processes, maintain documentation integrity, and uphold service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform prebilling activities, including ticket verification, matching physical tickets against IBMS records, and tagging sales orders to the correct customer accounts.
  • Prepare and compile prebilling documentation and reports for billing, sales, and management review.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Prepare quotations and service agreements, and assist in tracking renewals and updating related documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer databases and service agreement records.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and Group Digital to resolve operational, credit, or system-related issues.
  • Support telemarketing initiatives and lead prospecting activities as required.
  • Provide coverage for prebilling duties during staff absences and carry out general administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Skills, Attributes & Experience

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, prebilling, or an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and engage customers professionally.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Work Location: Bukit Merah
