Job Responsibilities

• Set up gauges and prepare inspection sheets and gauging procedures.

• Perform incoming inspection and verification of raw materials, customer-supplied materials, subcontracted parts, and measuring instruments.

• Conduct dimensional, hardness, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Perform final inspection on finished products and verify inspection documents before shipment.

• Carry out scheduled quality tests and verify threaded inserts.

• Raise non-conformance and incident reports for any quality issues identified.

• Conduct internal process audits and maintain the integrity of the gauge room.

• Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality standards and documented procedures.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification.

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment (OCTG industry experience is an advantage).

• Knowledge of gauging and measuring instruments.

• Knowledge of API 5CT specifications is an added advantage.

• Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
