- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

- Carry out instruction from Project Manager

- Handle documentation for project

- Coordinate with Site Supervisor, Site Safety Supervisor for works at site

- Coordinate works with sub-contractors

- Coordinate unloading, loading and transfer of materials

- Communicate with clients, sub-contractors, public residences

- Handle all contract requirement

- Handle any raised complaints, problem

- Maintain record keeping, site diary, test form, log book, letters

- Prepare, submit, follow up project claims

- Maintain project cash flow records

- Minimize cost, maximize profit, optimize efficiency

- Coordinate and handle safety matters with SSS

- Maintain ISO 9001 for project

- Travel to SADA HQ, YSLA HQ when requested

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Six Sigma (Preferred)
