Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions (Part-Time & Full-Time).
• Conduct mass hiring activities to ensure manpower requirements are met.
• Source, screen, and arrange interviews for candidates.
• Handle daily attendance, onboarding, and documentation for part-time workers during daily operations and campaign periods.
• Coordinate the intake of full-time employees and ensure all hiring documents are complete.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and attendance reports.
• Act as the main point of contact between warehouse operations and recruited workers.
• Resolve employee inquiries and provide on-site support when required.
• Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet daily operational requirements.
• Perform other recruitment and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian, aged 18 – 40 years old.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably mass hiring or the warehouse/logistics industry.
• Experience handling part-time workforce and campaign hiring is an added advantage.
• Willing to work onsite at the warehouse.
• Able to work 6 days per week on a shift rotation schedule.
