Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Own the solution and system architecture for our Client’s Salesforce platform (Service Cloud; Public Sector Solutions / Grants & Incentive Management; Experience Cloud), integrated with multiple government and third-party systems (e.g. CorpPass, ACRA, AWS, and others). You translate requirements into robust designs, lead impact analysis, and protect integration, data-model, security and performance integrity across every enhancement and maintenance change.

Key responsibilities

• Requirement→design; high-level and detailed Salesforce architecture, config-first/declarative-preferred, managing packaging (managed vs unlocked) and technical debt.
• Lead impact analysis for every change: Apex/API governor-limit budgeting, integration ripple across connected systems, metadata/dependency scans, security/sharing, reporting and availability impact — with effort estimation and design governance.
• Design integrations, data models, the security model (roles/profiles/sharing), and performance optimisation; manage Salesforce seasonal-release impact/regression/advisory.
• Embed security-by-design (IM8 / OWASP) and Singapore data-residency into all designs.

Minimum qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Computer Studies or a related discipline, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in system design and implementation.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience designing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in integrations, data models, security design, and performance optimisation.

Advantageous

• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect (or CTA-track) certifications.
• Design experience with Public Sector Solutions / Grants Management / Experience Cloud; enterprise integration patterns (Platform Events, MuleSoft or equivalent).

Eligibility & compliance

• Able to undergo and pass client security clearance / approval before deployment.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Adherence to IM8, OWASP, and data-residency rules (no client data outside Singapore).

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
