Salesforce Project Manager

About the role

We are building the delivery team for our Client for an upcoming Salesforce managed-services and enhancement engagement a Service Cloud / Public Sector Solutions (Grants/Incentive Management) / Experience Cloud platform serving ~200 users. The Project Manager is the accountable, always-contactable interface with the client, guaranteeing service levels and running Agile enhancement delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact to the client; ensure all SLAs and performance indicators are met; chair weekly progress meetings and monthly service reviews; issue monthly reports.
• Run Agile delivery: sprint & release planning, governance of the client-owned product backlog, man-day drawdown tracking and transparent reporting.
• Own incident / problem / change / service-request management and SLA compliance (e.g. 2-hour response; Severity-1 resolution 8 hours); be contactable at all times, including 24×7 Severity-1 escalations.
• Own the transition & takeover from the incumbent (at no cost) and the eventual phase-out/exit.
• Govern risk, resourcing, quality (ISO 9001-consistent QMS) and security compliance (IM8 / OWASP; Singapore data-residency).

Minimum qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Computer Studies or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT projects of similar scale.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) for incentive management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Advantageous

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master; prior Singapore public-sector delivery; experience managing LD-bearing SLA service contracts and GeBIZ/government governance.

Eligibility & compliance

• Able to undergo and pass client security clearance / approval before deployment.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Adherence to IM8, OWASP, and data-residency rules

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
