Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and employment contracting.

• Partner closely with Retail Management and Store Managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels, including job portals, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.

• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding administration, including preparation of employment documents and new joiner arrangements.

• Manage employee offboarding processes, including resignation administration, exit interviews and related employment documentation.

• Handle staff movements and employee lifecycle administration, including confirmations, transfers, promotions and contract renewals.

• Respond to employee enquiries relating to HR policies, benefits and employment matters.

• Prepare regular recruitment, manpower and HR-related reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

• Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Around 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.

• Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle administration is preferred.

• Exposure to Taiwan HR practices, recruitment activities or employment market will be an advantage.

• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior HR Executive position.
