We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing our financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set accounting

• Oversee the HK and US business accounting

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly

• Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

• Strong understanding and practical experience with US accounting standards is preferred

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
