Responsibilities
- Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.
- Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Preparation of Monthly Main Claim and variation orders to consultant
- Preparation of Monthly sub-contractor payment certificate, variation orders, final accounts settlement
- Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
- Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts
- Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
- Be familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline
- Minimum 5 years and above M&E QS work experience in the Construction industry
- Experience in handing tendering large scale building project would be advantageous
- Detailed and meticulous
- Work location will be based at the site office near Loyang / Changi
